Taoyuan New Immigrants Culture Hall Interpretation Service Counter – Language Schedule
Service Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Service Location:
1st Floor, Taoyuan New Immigrants Culture HallNo. 135, Fuxing Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City
Languages Available:
Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, Burmese, Khmer, Mongolian, and English
Notices:
(一) If interpreters for certain languages are unavailable during their scheduled shifts and nosubstitutes from the same language group are listed in the current schedule, interpreters ofother languages may be on duty instead. Please call in advance to confirm interpreteravailability before visiting.
(二) The New Immigrants Joint Service Center and the New Immigrant Family Service Center areclosed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Interpretation services will not be available duringthis time.

Taoyuan City Hall Interpretation Service Counter – Language Schedule
Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Service Location: Taoyuan City Hall 1st Floor Service Counter (No. 1, Xianfu Road, TaoyuanDistrict, Taoyuan City)
Service Languages: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, Burmese, and English
Service Target: New immigrants and foreigners visiting the City Hall for official business
Notes: If interpreters for certain languages are unavailable during certain time slots and cannot bearranged according to this schedule, interpreters of other languages will be on duty. Please callahead before your visit.

三、How to Request Interpreting Services for New Immigrants
(一) Schedule In-person Interpreting Services: If you need an interpreter, please make a reservation with the Women and Children Development Bureau in advance.( Fees: NT$350 per hour)
(二) Need an Interpreter Now?: If you are already on site and need help communicating, please ask our service desk to call the interpretation hotline.

四、Consultation for General Rental Disputes (This section does not apply to government-built social housing or sublease and management programs)
If you are experiencing rental disputes such as rent increases for commercial-use properties, lease disputes, or problems with your landlord, you can contact the organizations below for advice or to file a complaint.
(一) Legal Aid Foundation
Services: Free legal consultations for rental disputes over the telephone

(二) Consumer Protection Committee, Executive Yuan
Services: If you have a dispute with a business or landlord regarding goods or services, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Service Center.
